Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit.

However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.

All you need to do is to initiate an exchange request through our website with the particular order number within 3 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Exchange eligibility: The product(s) requested for exchange should in resalable condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.

NOTE: Products bought from clearance sale are not eligible for refund/exchange.

Steps to initiate Return/Exchange process through website:

Initiatiate the Exchange/Return Request by submitting the request: RAISE RETURN REQUEST

Reverse Pickup of your order will be initiated within the next 48 hours.

Handover the package to the assigned pickup agent. Product should be unused and should have original tags intact. If tags are not proper or product is not in resalable condition, return will be rejected.

1)Once the pickup is complete, you will receive a COUPON CODE of the same value as the amount paid by you (excluding the COD handling charges) in your email within 24 hours of reverse pickup being completed. Instructions for its usage will be mentioned in the same email.

With the COUPON CODE, you can place a new order for a fresh piece or any other product from the website.

In Case of Exchanges, as soon as the pickup is done your new order as per your selection will be created and will be shipped in next 48 hrs. You will receive updates about your new order over email and whatsapp.

REFUNDS

2) All Prepaid orders are eligible for returns. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.

3) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing.

4) A reverse shipping fee of Rs.100 will be applicable on all returns and exchanges. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from. (This fee is currently applied as shipping charges on your exchange order.)

5) Items purchased on Sale/ Coupon Discount/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you'd need a size exchange.

6) Only store credits are issued in case of refunds. (Due to high costs of reverse shipping, re-cleaning and restocking of a product.)

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to

pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

All refunds will be processed/credited in a form of COUPON CODE that can be used for future purchases. NO refund will be processed in bank account. Coupon code issued against the returned outfit is only for the amount paid for the outfit and not for COD handling charges

When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a Store Credit or Gift Voucher, which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.

RECIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR GOODS WERE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL ?

    SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

    • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

    • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account or UPI No.

      PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

     

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • Bank account/ UPI details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
    • If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours.

    • The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
    • In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not confirm to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via mail @ Support@slumberjill.in phone no.: +91 9650276444 with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
    • Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2-3 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
